At POD Health, our mission is to transform the way families navigate neurodiverse care, making it easier, more connected, and with much less trial and error. Short for Parents of Determination, POD Health is building the first fully integrated ecosystem where compassionate support meets precision medicine technology to help every neurodiverse child and teen.
We’re not layering AI on top of outdated systems. We’re rebuilding the infrastructure of neurodevelopmental care from the ground up, powered by the world’s first Agentic AI Operating System, enabling precision medicine at scale.
Our Vision
We believe care for neurodiverse children should be proactive, personalized, and accessible. But today’s families are left piecing together fragmented solutions across schools, doctors, and therapies, often with no central record, no shared insight, and no clear plan.
That’s the outdated system we’re here to fix.
Our vision is bold but simple: Give families clarity. Give providers confidence. And give every child the tools they need to reach their full potential.
What We’re Building
While our products are currently in development, our teams across the globe are actively working on:
1. MirrorMind
An AI-powered clinical co-pilot that mirrors the thinking of neurologists and psychiatrists in real time. Built for use during live patient visits, MirrorMind helps capture better documentation, prompts providers with clinical questions based on diagnosis and risk factors found in PubMed, improves revenue through CPT billing suggestions, and reduces errors by pulling in real-time research and patient history.
2. ZenGen
A breakthrough precision genetic test that expands variant analysis to help physicians select the right medications for conditions like autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, eliminating months of trial-and-error prescribing. ZenGen delivers insights about drug efficacy and metabolism at a fraction of traditional genetic test costs which can go from $1300-$3000 each, to one affordable price of $200.
3. POD App (Parent Platform)
An empowering parent-facing app that helps families engage their child’s medical, educational and therapy care teams in a stress-free way. Parents can easily manage and confidently advocate for their neurodiverse kids through features like: secure store medical, educaitonal and therapy records from one central place, track progress for more confident decisions and get instant insights and help from our AI-powered care companion named Piper.
Backed by the World’s First Agentic AI Operating System
At the heart of every POD Health product is our proprietary Agentic AI Operating System, a purpose-built platform that integrates medical, educational, genetic, and clinical data to deliver precision medicine at scale.

Looking Ahead
POD Health is still in its build phase, but our direction is very clear. We’re developing a connected suite of solutions that serve families, physicians, and educators equally. And we’re doing it with intention, expertise, and the relentless belief that every child deserves precision care, not just someday, but starting now.
